On Tuesdays and Fridays we train at Umeå Budoklubb, Bankgatan 10A Umeå.
On Sundays we train at Kampsportens hus, Mariehemsvägen 12.
Tuesday's session is aimed at those who have trained previously and graduated at least once.
At the same time, beginners also train, so if you know someone who is already training, you can follow along.
The Friday session is aimed at those who have trained previously and have graduated at least once. This session begins with about 30 minutes of weapons training (Kobudo/Iaido), and the remaining time Karate/Goshindo.
Everyone is welcome, but the training is at a slightly higher technical level.
The Sunday session is aimed at those who have trained previously and graduated at least once.
At the same time, beginners and children also train, so if you have children who train, for example, you can follow along and train at the same time.
