Notice to the annual meeting 16/8 2026

The members of the Umeå Chikubukai Karate Association are hereby invited to the annual meeting.

Date: Sunday, August 16, 2026

Location: Club training facility, martial arts house

Program:
10:00–11:00 Joint training for all members
11.20 Annual meeting

At the annual meeting, the matters specified in the association's statutes are discussed, including the annual report, financial statements, discharge from liability, business plan, budget, and election of the board and other officers.

The annual meeting documents will be made available to members by email no later than one week before the annual meeting.

Any questions before the meeting can be asked to the board.
